Dr. Teo's journey in medicine began at the University of Queensland, where he earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. His subsequent work in various hospital settings, including as a founding doctor in a private cardiac emergency unit, provided him with a solid foundation in acute medicine and sparked his interest in ultrasound technology. This interest led him to become a member of the Australasian Society of Ultrasound in Medicine, further enhancing his diagnostic capabilities.
